Canvas Strips

I'm making bias tape for the first time ever. It's not as complicated as some tutorials make it seem. I'm using this tutorial, so far so good.



What do I need it for? I'm making canvas aprons for my daughter's class. I realize the school year is almost over, but don't worry, it'll start up again next August.



I hope the aprons turn out as well as they look in my head.

Whew!

We've been really busy with birthdays and other events so I haven't gotten much done lately. I do have some things in the works though, small things, but things nonetheless.

I have had a lot of blue on my work tables lately - by work tables I mean my dining table and coffee table. I've been working on some half aprons lately that I hope to list in my etsy shop in the coming weeks. I'm working with blue, but I'm dreaming of coral. I painted my nails with my 5 year old daughter's coral colored nail polish and I. love. it.

I love it! It makes me want to go buy coral fabric. This is kulot coral right?
