I make jam. All kinds of jam. If you give me a fruit, I'll figure out a way to jam it. But make sure it's local fruit, because that's where my heart lies. Of all the jams and preserves I make, mango jam is by far the most popular. And who could blame it? With it's soft velvety texture, its bright tropical color, and most importantly, it's sweet rich flavor of tree-ripened organic Saipan mangoes, it's irresistible!
