Believe it or not, I can relate. I was working on a Consumer Family Science Degree at UOG under a nutrition tract but part of the requisite classes are on clothing construction and textiles. I made a vest, a black karate gi, and a red dress for my late wife in one semester. Gotta be careful with that serger though! That machine can slice and dice!
Drea - Thankfully I have extras. I thought I'd have broken my first one long ago.
BC - That is so awesome! You're full of surprises. I would love to take a class on garment construction. Too bad this darn job thing keeps getting in the way of what I really want to do.
Stacy - I hope that one day I'll have a serger. And, hopefully, one day I'll know how to use it. Seriously, I need to take a class.
